L' Indice di Lavoro Sostenibile (o HI_Index ) è espresso dal Rapporto seguente:
HI_Index = Stipendio Mensile Lordo [ €/mese ] / Ore di Lavoro Efficace e Sostenibile in un anno [ore/anno] ;
Heart Ingenuity consìdera il Lavoratore Sostenibile quel Lavoratore who daily engage in effective and responsible way to achieving social gains and to safeguard the natural heritage of our planet.
Given the above definitions, we can now state the First Law of Worker Sustainable (or 1 st Law of 'Heart Ingenuity Inc. ):
HI_Index => 1 , Sustainable for each worker, throughout his career;
(ie the ratio or index of sustainable work that we have initially espresso deve risultare uguale o maggiore di 1, per tutti i Lavoratori Sostenibili nel corso dell'intera durata della loro Vita Professionale).
