Nel numero di giugno 2008 della rivista Science vi era un articolo molto curioso scritto da Andrews Lawler dal titolo “Unmasking the Indus” in cui per la prima volta il mondo accademico e scientifico agree that the ancient culture of India should be considered on a par with the Egyptian and Mesopotamian or even higher.

Ma qui torno ad essere troppo “tecnico”.. quello che voglio trasmettervi è che allenando il nostro diaframma possiamo subito ottenere molteplici vantaggi soprattutto posturali; quando inizio una riabilitazione con un nuovo paziente innanzitutto insegno la corretta respirazione diaframmatica, che sta alla base di tutto il mio lavoro per insegnare alle persone quell’“igiene posturale” che può essere poi applicata nella vita di tutti i giorni, e soprattutto anche quando non c’è the operator who helps you when (and if) there was a relapse.
