The Nordic Walking and the correct posture


Just last week, I obtained my Diploma Instructor Nordic Walking with the 'National Association Nordic Walking Italy.


The Nordic Walking was born in Finland, who arrived in many European countries is a booming phenomenon, and Nordic walking alternative to cross-country (developed to allow athletes to train in this discipline even in the summer) has quickly become a true fitness activities that can bring many benefits to body and mind (can not imagine that beautiful Places to regenerate the spirit, can be reached especially in montagna, senza troppa fatica).



Quando inizialmente mi avevano parlato di questa disciplina e di come potesse essere un valido aiuto per migliorare la condizione fisica e portare salute, benessere e divertimento... devo dirvi la verità.. rimasi scettico.



Poi invece ho iniziato a praticalo .. ed è stata una piacevole scoperta, tanto che appunto ho frequentato il corso per diventare un istruttore certificato ANWI .


This activity goes very well with my job as a technician postural hygiene, as it allows - in particular - to work in a complete system osteo-articular, and enforcement of lla correct technique improves 90% of the muscles of our body.


Do not believe this activity is to be "grandparents retired eh (this certainly does not want to be an offense for people nowadays are so lucky to be retired .. and grandparents ;-))


The interesting Nordic walking is to be accessible to anyone, and can be handy at three levels: health - fitness - Sports , depending on your ideal practice: the quiet, therapeutic walk to a good aerobic workout, to the specific exercises for athletes.
